Delivery terms
1. Express delivery within 2 working days across Israel. The cost is 50 shekels.
2. Delivery within the city area of Haifa - 20 shekels.
3. Israel Post within 2 weeks. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel.
4. Pickup at 76 Peer Street, Haifa, Israel
5. For orders over 1000 shekels, delivery is free.
Return policy
The return of goods can be made within 14 days, and only on the condition that the integrity of the packaging is preserved, and the goods have not been opened, used, damaged.
Claims for shortage of goods are accepted only if there is a video recording of the opening of the parcel.
All costs associated with the return delivery of goods to the store's warehouse are held by the buyer.
